  • Here's some good news. Chicago police officer Fernanda Ballesteros was released from the hospital. The 27-year-old officer was shot in the head during a Wednesday traffic stop in West Englewood. (CBS2)
  • Expressway license plate reader lead to the arrest of 42-year-old Brandi A. Jolivet, who was charged with attempted murder for allegedly firing shots at a car on the Kennedy Expressway near Addison Street. She is being held on $100,000 bond. (FOX32)
