Smoke Fills O'Hare Airport Terminal
UPDATE: Smoke filled Terminal 1 along the C concourse Thursday evening, apparently due to a Nuts on Clark popcorn fire.

The smoke reportedly was coming from the "Nuts on Clark" shop inside the terminal, a fixture at Chicago's airports where nuts and fresh popcorn is sold. Officials said a popcorn machine overheated and caught fire.
"A popcorn stand just went ablaze at the airport. Looked cool. Now breathing the smoke is less cool," tweeted Joe Bauer from the terminal. "Told to vacate the gate and find air."
Primarily, United Airlines flights arrive and depart at Terminal 1. No one was injured in the mishap.
