The feds have closed the investigation into the 1955 lynching of Chicago Black teenager Emmett Till who was abducted, tortured and killed after witnesses said he whistled at a white woman in Mississippi.
Till's family was informed the U.S. Justice Department will not file charges Carolyn Bryant Donham, the woman accused of lying about whether Emmett Till ever touched her.
