St. Patrick's Day 2018: Parades, Other Events Around Chicago Area

Although St. Patrick's Day lasts — like the name says — for technically a day, communities around Chicago and northeastern Illinois have found ways to unofficially extended the holiday for a good portion of March. Festivities started with the Oak Forest Fleadh and Manhattan Irish Fest and continued with parades in Lemont, Naperville and on Chicago's South Side. Now, all the fun winds down this weekend, with some parades and festivals set for Sunday.
