CHICAGO, IL — The Flaming Lips and hip-hop duo Black Star are among the musical headliners performing at Grant Park's Petrillo Music Shell during the 38th annual Taste of Chicago this summer, organizers announced Wednesday. The food and music event runs from July 11-18 in the park, and seated concert tickets go on sale Friday.
