- Snitches Get Riches: That could be a new pitch line for the Chicago police department's new anonymous tip line that pays. The "Gun Trafficking and Homicide Tip Line" offers up to $1,000 for information that leads to homicide charges and as much as $15,000 for tips that lead to convictions. (NBC5)
