Lou Malnati's — makers of tasty Chicago-style pies — got gobbled up by an investment bank.

Two Archer Heights restaurants, Birrieria Zaragoza and Angelo’s Stuffed Pizza, teamed up to create what might be a world-first — pan pizza stuffed with goat birria.
