WATCH: Activists Bark 'Animal Liberation Now!' as Chicago Woman Bum-Rushes Hillary Clinton

Secret service agents lassoed a Chicago woman in Des Moines on Wednesday night as she sprinted toward Hillary Clinton during a rally.

Secret service agents tackled a Chicago woman Wednesday who, in the name of freeing animals, tried storming the stage during Hillary Clinton's Des Moines rally.

Kelsey Atkinson, 26, has been charged with disorderly conduct, according to a KCCI News report. Her fellow activists with international animal rights group, Direct Action Everywhere, or DxE, said she made a beeline for the democratic party nominee because Clinton, "still supports government funded animal abuse, even though she has an animal rights platform."
