Bloom Trail Honors Deceased Student at Fitness Meet

Navy Junior ROTC (NJROTC) hosted its first physical fitness meet at Bloom Trail Field house last Saturday.

The Blazers finished first in the Tug-of-War competition and 5th overall in the ten-team field.

The meet is going to be an annual event named in honor of last year's Cadet Commanding Officer . Danielle’s Uncle Bill Joyce was on hand to present trophies and speak to the cadets. He talked about how much the program did for Danielle and encouraged the kids to put a maximum effort into NJROTC and life in general.
