ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Chicago Heights

Jacob Holcomb, 35, is wanted on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge. His bail was set at $30,000. His last known address was in the 100 block of Normandy in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued March 26, 2004.

Dekar Herrera-Tellez, 33, is wanted on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge. His bail was set at $3,000. His last known address was in the first block of West 19th Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Aug. 29, 2007.

Torrance Holloman, 36, is wanted on a battery charge. His bail was set at $5,000. His last known address was in the 100 block of East 14th Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued March 13, 1996.

Alyssia M. Howard, 24, is wanted on a resist, obstruct, disarm an officer charge. Her bail was set at $5,000. Her last known address was in the 100 block of East 15th Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Dec. 21, 2001.

Eliseo Melendez, 42, is wanted on two manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance charges. No bond was issued for either charge. His last known address was in the 600 block of South Union Street in Chicago Heights. The warrants were issued May 18, 2010.
