Hard For Chicago Heights Fugitive To Blend With Tattoos All Over Face

A Chicago Heights man on the lam after allegedly skipping court in Kankakee found out life as a fugitive can be hard when you have tattoos all over your face.

Joshua Graham, 24, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s deputies and jailed Sunday afternoon. Graham was charged in Will County with driving on a suspended license.

Graham was scheduled to appear in Kankakee County court on the same type of case Nov. 6. He failed to appear, according to court records, and an arrest warrant was issued.
