Heights Mechanic Honored by Customers' Loyalty After Winning Award

Dan Marchigiani, owner of Imperial Automotive Repair in Chicago Heights, considers honesty to be one of the most important qualities of a good mechanic. Over the course of two weeks Dan got to see some honesty from his customers as they sign onto Patch to review his business. All 20 reviewers gave Imperial perfect five star ratings. Marchigiani could not be happier. "I think the reason people keep coming back is because they know they're not going to get sold anything they don't need, Marchigiani said. "They're not focused on price, they're focused on the car being right and not being taken advantage of. That's always been our philosophy."
