Indiana Man Begins Long Road To Recovery After 'Christmas Miracle'
Matt Reum remains hospitalized after being trapped in his truck off I-94 for nearly a week, and a GoFundMe has raised more than $82,000.

SOUTH BEND, IND. β Less than a week after he was found alive in his mangled truck off of Interstate 94 in Indiana β where he was trapped for six days β Matt Reum considers him the most grateful person ever after supporters have raised more than $82,000 toward his medical bills.
Reum was found inside his truck last week by two fishermen who were scouting possible finishing spots when they happened upon Reumβs truck. Police said last week that Reumβs truck ran off of I-94 near Porter, Ind., on Dec. 20, where it remained undetected until the two fishermen found the truck and Reum last week.
On Saturday, Reum broke his silence after the ordeal, posting on Facebook that he can't find the words to express his gratitude to friends, family and strangers alike, who have reached out to him since he was found.
