Orr said that many were worried that by voting with a mail-in ballot, and how they can hand it in through someone else, due to COVID-19.

"I've had a couple of discussions with state representatives and the legislation is pretty specific about who can carry someone else's ballot. When I say carry, I don't mean the post office but to the dropbox itself." Orr said. "Only people that can't get out to mail in their ballot themselves can authorize someone to hand-carry their ballot in."
