Local ISIS Massacre Plotters to Plead Guilty
Two American cousins who pledged their allegiance to ISIS and plotted to shoot up the Joliet National Guard armory — and expected to kill at least 150 people — will plead guilty next month in federal court. Hasan Edmonds, 23, was arrested March 25 at Chicago Midway International Airport while attempting to board a flight to Detroit on the first leg of a journey to Cairo, Egypt. Hasan had planned to hook up with an ISIS connection who would take him into Syria where he would join up with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, prosecutors said. His cousin, Jonas Edmonds, 30, was going to join him in attacking the National Guard armory.
Gliniewicz Wanted Female Cop to Wear Tighter Uniforms
Denise Duebner said Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz told her to order tighter uniforms so he could see her backside, NBC Chicago reports.
