Sunday, March 27
DUI
Melvin T. Martin, 44, of Hazel Crest, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a revoked license after an officer saw his vehicle damaged with airbags deployed and stopped him on Governors Highway, police said. His passenger, Jonathan T. Tayborn, was also arrested in connection with a warrant from Matteson police for failure to appear in court, according to reports.
DUI
Christine Rohde, 23, of New Lenox, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she rear-ended a vehicle near the intersection of Western Avenue and Country Club Drive, reports say. Police said Rohde failed three field sobriety tests before being taken into custody.

Criminal Damage
Lashay D. Montgomery, 24, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property after her sister told police Montgomery drove to her house, threw a rock at her van and left, police said. Montgomery was then captured and taken into custody, according to police.
License Problems
- Marshall Mosby, 29, of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without a valid registration, police said.
- Karilynn Vicari, 22, of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving with only one headlight working, police said.
- Jose Banuelos, 32, of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and driving with an obstructed view, reports say.

Jilleian Jamison, 28, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without a plate light, according to police.

Valentine Martinez, 22, of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and driving with a headlight out, reports said.
Wednesday, March 23A Kick in the Head
Jennifer R. Terrell, 22, of Chicago Heights, was arrested and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property after her ex-boyfriend told police she kicked him in the head and punched him while he was driving, causing him to crash his car into the curb on Vollmer Road, reports say. The ex-boyfriend and a witness both told police Terrell scratched the hood of the car with the ignition key after exiting the vehicle.
