Angry Driver in Beating of Disabled War Vet No Longer Charged wih Just a Misdemeanor
Richard Jones, 66, just wanted the young man speeding through his condo parking lot to slow down. The disabled Palos Hills war veteran who walks with a cane approached 21-year-old Michael Seno to ask him to drive 10 miles per hour, the posted speed limit, and not 20 or 30. Before Jones knew what was happening, Seno was punching the decorated Vietnam veteran in the face, according to police. Seno, however, was only charged with a misdemeanor. But that’s changed.

Teen Arrested After Killing Newborn Kitten During Family Argument
He grew angry and squeezed the kitten to death at a Crystal Lake home which served as a rescue shelter for kittens, according to local police.
