The Archives: Spectacular Sledding Slopes to Seek as it Snows
The weather outside is still just frightful enough for a little tobogganing.

Given the circumstances, this seemed like a perfect day to revive this post. For the next few days, these wonderful sledding hills will be more fun than ever before.
So we've got snow coming tonight, temperatures well below freezing for the rest of the week and more snow coming this weekend? That's shocking and terrible.
No it's not.

Remember when I said we could still have ? That hasn't changed. Just take this next stretch of snowy weather as one more opportunity to head for the hills before things start to begin to think about considering warming up.
Here is a list of some great places in the Heights and Olympia Fields to go sledding. If you don't own a sled, don't worry. You can always bundle up and roll violently down any of theses hills with reckless abandon for your own safety (I'm just kidding... Please don't do that).

All of these parks have great hills, but don't limit yourself to these four. If there are any other sledding hills in the area that you think people should know about let me know. Let's make the most of another Chicago winter.
