State Rep. DeLuca Accepting Applications for 2012 Scholarships
Eights students will receive a tuition-free year at select Illinois universities.

It's always nice to save a few thousand dollars while expanding your mind through higher education. That's why any college student knows the importance of a scholarship.
This past Friday, State Rep. Anthony DeLuca announced he will begin accepting applications for his 2012 General Assembly Scholarship.
Residents of the 80th District are eligible for a chance at a tuition-free year at one of these universities:

- University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign, Chicago & Springfield)
- Chicago State University
- Eastern Illinois University
- Governors State University
- Illinois State University
- Northern Illinois University
- Northeastern Illinois University
- Southern Illinois University
- Western Illinois University
Anyone interested should fill out an application and send it to Delucaβs District office by Thursday, March 15 at 5 p.m.
Eight recipients will receive a year's tuition, including summer semester, but fees, books and room and board will are not covered.
