Teenage Girl Encounters Intruders While Home Alone
Police were unable to capture the intruders.

A Chicago Heights teen had quite a story to tell her father when he got home last Monday.
The 15-year-old girl told police two people knocked on the side door and living room window of her Coolidge Street home while she was alone a little after 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 16.
Having been told not to answer the door when home alone, the girl told police she did not. That's when the suspects began striking the door, eventually getting inside, according to the report.
