Having housed multiple eateries in recent years, could this location be primed for a change?
Heights native, author and Patch blogger recently told me her days at often ended with a trip to the Great American Bagel, located at 525 Ashland Avenue.
It's gone now.
It was replaced with , a promising restaurant that also had a Marian Catholic connection through owner Danette Richardson, who was a cook for the high school.

As of a couple of weeks ago, Dee's is gone as well.
Once again 525 Ashland Avenue is a vacant property. It's close to an intersection, it's close to and it's close to Marian Catholic.
