What Should Go Here? The Old Venice Restaurant on Halsted

If you've driven up Halsted Street near Vollmer Road recently, you probably noticed a sign that says "Venice Restaurant" with the open hours listed below. 

Try visiting that Venice and you'll be sorely disappointed, mainly because it doesn't exist anymore.

But maybe there's hope. recently opened up at the property next door, giving new life to what was once a Popeye's Restaurant. 

So, what would you like to see replace the old Venice Restaurant at 201 S. Halsted Street? Another restaurant? A consignment shop? Trader Joe's?
