• DeKalb County Committee of the Whole met Nov. 12 (dekalbtimes.com) — DeKalb County officials reported that the new Cortland trail has officially opened, with a recent ribbon-cutting marking a key connection in the county’s trail network. At the November 12 Committee of the Whole meeting, members also discussed agrivoltaics research, solar project delays, Peace Road bridge work, and options for transitioning the county nursing center’s billing away from a third-party contractor.
