CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Police Department handed out several citations during a recent speed enforcement campaign.
The traffic detail happened throughout July, and police in Crystal Lake issued 28 tickets for speeding and one uninsured motorist ticket, according to a news release from the police department.
The speed enforcement effort was conducted by the Crystal Lake Police Department and other state and local law enforcement agencies across Illinois to reduce highway fatalities.
