Blaze Damages McHenry Home
No one was injured in the Sunday evening fire on Whitmore Trail in McHenry.
MCHENRY, IL — No one was injured when a blaze broke out at home in McHenry Sunday evening.
The McHenry Township Fire Protection District was called to the blaze at the two-story, single family home in the 300 block of Whitmore Trail in McHenry at about 3:30 p.m., according to a news release from the fire protection district.
When they arrived, they found the blaze in the back of the home. Everyone inside the home was able to get out safely, and no one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
