Coroner IDs Man, 40, Killed In McHenry County Crash

The collision happened in the 9900 block of Lawrence Road of unincorporated Harvard Tuesday morning.

HARVARD, IL — A 40-year-old Harvard man who was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash near Harvard Tuesday morning has been identified as Rigoberto Reynozo, authorities said. Police said the man also went by Rigoberto Reynozo-Herrera

Results from an autopsy show the man died from blunt force trauma, according to the coroner's office.

The collision happened in the 9900 block of Lawrence Road when a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee was headed south and went off the roadway at about 9:40 a.m., according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

The sports utility vehicle rolled over several times and eventually came to rest in a cornfield. Authorities say the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.
