Crystal Lake Park District Group Fitness and Yoga classes Begin Jan 8

Register now for Crystal Lake Park District group fitness and yoga classes including Fit at 55, Stretch to Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Bodypower, Ply-Flow, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Yoga, Kundalini & Meditation, Zumba Gold, Barre Fitness, Pilates on the Mat, Yoga into Pilates, Move It, Shake It, Lift It, Bodypower, Restorative Yoga, and Beginner Yoga. The Winter session begins the week of January 9 and runs through March.
