This effort is part of a countywide collaboration involving the McHenry County Department of Health, McHenry County Mental Health Board, Mercyhealth, Northwestern Medicine, Advocate Health Care, and the Community Foundation for McHenry County, according to a news release from the McHenry County Department of Health. The findings will guide the development of future programs and services that support the health and well-being of McHenry County residents.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will be available online for the next two months. Invitations to participate will be sent by email to a randomized selection of community members, according to a news release.
