Home Uninhabitable Following Fire In McHenry
Firefighters were called to the blaze in the 4800 block of West Bonner Drive in McHenry at about 3:10 a.m. Tuesday.
MCHENRY, IL — No one was injured in a house fire in McHenry early Tuesday, fire officials said.
The McHenry Township Fire Protection District was called to the blaze in the 4800 block of West Bonner Drive in McHenry at about 3:10 a.m. When they arrived, they found smoke coming from the back of the home, according to the fire protection district news release.
The blaze was brought under control within 10 minutes and no one was injured in the blaze.

A damage estimate is not yet available and the home has been deemed uninhabitable due to the shutdown of electricity and gas.
