McHenry Man Sentenced For Possession Of Nearly '100 Doses' Of LSD
The man was sentenced to five years in the IL Department of Corrections (IDOC), according to the McHenry Co. State's Attorney's Office.

MCHENRY, IL — McHenry County State's Attorney Patrick D. Kenneally announced Monday that Jack D. Hoschouer II, 21, of McHenry, has pleaded guilty to the felony offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to a release from the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office. Hoschouer pleaded guilty before the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt to the offense, resulting in a five-year sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), according to a release.
The plea and sentence stem from a Sept. 25, 2018 incident, during which Hoschouer was the passenger in a car that was stopped by McHenry County Sheriff’s Department members, the state's attorney's office reported. A search took place, and authorities found 1.2 grams (at least 100 doses) of LSD in Hoschouer's pocket, according to a release.
Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office prosecuted this case, the state's attorney's office said, and the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department conducted the investigation.
