Treehouse Play Cafe is set to open this weekend in McHenry.

MCHENRY, IL — A new indoor playground will open this Saturday in McHenry. The Treehouse Playhouse, located at 2328 N. Richmond Road in McHenry, has been issued a liquor license and will serve up cocktails to parents wishing to have a drink while their children play.
The Treehouse Playhouse also has a location in Lake Zurich. That indoor playground does not have a liquor license.
City officials in McHenry have been working with Treehouse Play Cafeowners for four years to bring their indoor playground to the city, according to Shaw Local News Network. The play cafe is set to open on Saturday, Feb. 8.
