No Injures Reported In Crystal Lake House Fire

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — No one was injured in a house fire in Crystal Lake Sunday afternoon.

The blaze was reported in the 1300 block of North Avenue in Crystal Lake, according to a news release from the Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department. When fire crews arrived at the scene they found smoke coming from the chimney of the home.

The blaze was quickly extinguished, fire officials said. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
