Police Called To Cary-Grove To Investigate Note
School officials quickly identified the person who wrote the note as a juvenile student.
CARY, IL — Police responded to Cary-Grove High School Friday to investigate a note school officials found that "they believed warranted further investigation."
A school resources officer at the school and school administration were made aware of the note and quickly identified the person who wrote it as a juvenile student, according to a news release from the Cary Police Department.
The student was interviewed, a thorough investigation was conducted and it was determined there was no current threat to student safety, according to a news release.

The juvenile student was cited for disorderly conduct. School officials are handling any school discipline and further assessments, police said.
