Rockton Man Accused Of Sexual Assault Of Child: Marengo Police
The 22-year-old man is facing nine felony charges stemming from an investigation into assault accusations, according to Marengo police.

MARENGO, IL — A Rockton man accused in the 2016 criminal sexual assault of a child is facing several felony charges stemming from an investigation by the Marengo Police Department. According to a release from the department, 22-year-old Nathan N. Rieken, of the 300 block of Valley Forge Drive, was arrested on a warrant police obtained July 19.
In April 2018, the Marengo Police Department received information on accusations of a 2017 sexual assault, and detectives began investigating, according to the release. The investigation resulted in Rieken facing nine felony charges: three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, three counts of criminal sexual assault and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child.
With the help of the McHenry County Sheriff's Department, police said Rieken was arrested and is being held at the McHenry County Jail on $500,000 bail.
