Search Underway For Hebron Man Missing For Several Days: Police

Police said the Man's family recently used a cellphone app to locate his car parked in McHenry's Fort McHenry Park.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — The McHenry Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Hebron man. According to a release from the McHenry Police Department, the family of missing 20-year-old John Bicek contacted McHenry police Saturday evening to report him as missing, and said they hadn't heard from Bicek in several days. According to the release, the family contacted Bicek's workplace, Love's Travel Stop in Hampshire, and learned he reportedly left work at 8 a.m. on July 30.

Bicek's family used a cellphone app to locate his car parked in McHenry's Fort McHenry Park, in the 4300 block of W. Front Royal Drive, according to police. No one inside the car, police added.

Bicek was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black utility pants, and prescription glasses, and weighs 200 pounds, is 5'8," according to police. Bicek has brown hair, brown eyes and wears prescription glasses.
