'Perfect Fit For Health Care': Darien Hero

DARIEN, IL — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?

Sacrificing her health every day to continue working hands-on with those who need care. Her and her team week by week continue to take on scheduled patients, plus additional patients from local hospitals who do not have the capacity. Sometimes with little knowledge if those patients have been exposed to COVID-19.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?

Tina has always put thought and care towards others before herself. She's been like that her whole life. It's why I believe she is a perfect fit for health care, with over 12 years experience.
