Willowbrook Wildlife Center 'Night Owl Benefit' Set for Saturday
The DuPage County wildlife rehabilitation facility is celebrating 60 years on Sept. 17 with a special fundraiser.

From behind-the-scenes tours to food, auctions and history lessons, attendees of a nearby celebration will have plenty to keep busy while supporting a charitable cause.
The Willowbrook Wildlife Center in Glen Ellyn is inviting area residents to its 60th anniversary bash: The Night Owl Benefit set for Saturday, Sept. 17. Guests' entrance fees will go toward ongoing campaign to raise $25,000 for new raptor housing, according to the organization. Attendees must be 21 years old or older.
The center is a DuPage County native wildlife rehabilitation facility that provides care and medical treatment for injured and orphaned wild animals. As an education center, it also serves as a resource for residents who wish to learn how to live in harmony with local wildlife.
