The City of Decatur and the Human Relations Commission will be hosting a Black History Month program on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Vivian D. Clarington, Pastor, St. Peter’s African methodist Episcopal Church.
