The City of Decatur and the Human Relations Commission will be hosting a Black History Month program on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

The program will be broadcast live on the government channel (ComCast channel 18) and on Zoom.  Connection information for the Zoom meeting can be found in the attached flyer.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Vivian D. Clarington, Pastor, St. Peter’s African methodist Episcopal Church.
