A sample of Decatur households will receive an invitation by mail. Most (about 8,000) receive a postcard with the survey website, plus an email and phone number to contact if they wish to complete the survey by phone or printed questionnaire.

In addition, about 2,000 households receive the printed questionnaire with a pre-paid return envelope, plus the cover letter including instructions to complete the survey online and a phone number to call for a phone interview. The first invitations started arriving at households and data collection is slated to continue until mid-August.

If you receive a survey, PLEASE RESPOND so that all neighborhoods are represented in the responses.
