Officials said the project is to install a new water main and water service.
DECATUR, IL — A portion of Greenswitch Road between East Mound and East Boyd Roads will be closed for almost three weeks, city officials announced Friday.
Beginning Monday, July 19, the area will be closed every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. while Burdick Plumbing works to install a water main.
Officials anticipate the project will be done by Aug. 6 and encourage motorists to seek an alternate route. A detour will be set up.
