Burglars Smash Car Windows at Local Club

Windows were smashed on two motor vehicles which were burglarized between 9:45 and 11:15 a.m. Thursday at the Midtown Athletic Club, according to Bannockburn Police reports. 

A Prada diaper bag with credit cards lying on the floor of the passenger side of a vehicle was taken from one of the cars between 10 and 11:15 a.m., according to the report. The passenger side window was smashed with glass in the automobile and on the ground. The reported loss was $800. 

A black bag was taken from the front seat of a second vehicle between 9:45 and 11:10 a.m., according to the report. The front passenger window was also shattered. The reported loss was $2,500.
