Drunken Driver Leaves Accident Scene: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

Kadedra A. Hill, 31, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 22 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Hill was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 28.

Austin J. Tribble, 32, of the 3800 block of W. Taylor Street, Chicago, had a warrant for theft, new charges of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 22 in the 12700 block of W. Grandmore Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Alejandro Carillo, 24, of the 2200 block of Melrose Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Dec. 23 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 22.
LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT
- Stanislaw Dyczewski, 82, of Friendship, Wisconsin, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 23 at Rollins and Wilson roads, Ingleside. Dyczewski was released.
- Israel Espinoza-Tello, 52, of the 600 block of Walnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 25 in the 9900 block of W. Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Kenneth W. Blanck, 71, of the 400 block of Keith Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 23 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Jan. 12.
- Ozell J. McCoy, 37, of the 1700 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI drugs/alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 26 at Route 83 and Grass Lake Road, Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 14.
TRAFFIC OFFENSE
James Koukoulis, 57, of the 1000 block of Cumberland Court, Vernon Hills, had a warrant out of McHenry County for a traffic offense, and was arrested Dec. 23 in the 14000 block of Rockland Road, Green Oaks. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
RESISTING ARREST
Maikel A. Ferrer Guedez, 30, of the 26200 block of N. Diamond Lake Road, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of resisting arrest, domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 25. Ferrer was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 9.
RETAIL THEFT
Jamie M. Clark, 41, of the 600 block of Amanda Avenue, McHenry, had a warrant out of McHenry County for retail theft, and was arrested Dec. 26 in the 24400 block of N. Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
INDIRECT CONTEMPT OF COURT
Eric T. Rawls, 39, of the 39900 block of Stoneywood Drive, Beach Park, had a warrant for indirect contempt of court, and was arrested Dec. 27 in the 39900 block of Stoneywood Drive, Beach Park. A court date was to be determined.
