Drunken Driver Leaves Accident Scene: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

POSSESSION OF METH

Brianna L. Koch, 22, of the 400 block of N. Genessee Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for possession of meth, and was arrested Dec. 8 in Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Kathryn M. Willin, 43, of the 40400 block of N. Bluff Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested Dec. 8 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date with the WDOC was to be determined at the time of the report.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Angel L. Flores, Jr., 48, of the 24700 block of W. Norelius Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of having a suspended registration, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 8 at St. Mary's Road and Lexington Drive, Green Oaks. Flores was released following the arrest.

FAILURE OF SEX OFFENDER TO REGISTER

Tobias Roberts, 47, of the 36100 block of N. Eagle Court, Ingleside, is accused of failure of sexual offender to register, and was arrested Dec. 9 in Ingleside. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2026.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

• Jason M. Gonzalez, 41, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 9 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
• Jesus Del Rio Madrigal, 21, of the 4100 block of Gregory Drive, Zion, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 12 at Green Bay and Kenosha roads, Beach Park. He was released following the arrest.

DELIVERY OF COCAINE

Raul Tolentino-Gonzalez, 31, of the 200 block of Highwood Avenue, Highwood, had a warrant for delivery of cocaine, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Hew was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

THEFT

Michael J. Wallace, 66, of the 3300 block of Patricia Lane, Park City, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 200 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2026.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Daniel Camargo Raya, 31, of the 25500 block of W. High Street, Wauconda, had a warrant out of Cook County for driving under the influence, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Michael R. Krause, 43, of Kewaunee, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 12 at Delany and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.

RETAIL THEFT

Michael W. Germata, 43, of the 0-100 block of S. Walnut Court, Mundelein, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21, 2026.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Daijon M. Washington, 22, of the 600 block of Archer Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Washington was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of Dec. 18 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Joseph Duarte, 28, no permanent address, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 30400 block of N. Woodridge Court, unincorporated Libertyville. He was released and a court date of Jan. 7, 2026, was assigned.

ASSAULT

Ariana L. Davison, 27, of the 300 block of W. Ave H, Rochelle, had a warrant out of Cook County for assault, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 14000 block of Rockland Road, Green Oaks. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
