Drunken Driver Leaves Accident Scene: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

IDENTITY THEFT

Steven M. Kloss, 36, of the 3000 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for identity theft, unlawful use of a credit card, and was arrested Jan. 5 in the 35700 block of N. Green Bay Road, unincorporated Waukegan. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Tremaine D. Towns, 35, no permanent address, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 5 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest.
• Elias L. Saldana, 26, of the 900 block of N. County Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, obstructing identification, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Grand and Lewis avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 23.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Timothy A. Williams, 49, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, assault, and was arrested Jan. 5 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 11.

AGGRAVATED FLEEING TO ELUDE

Thomas A. Pucinski, 41, of the 1000 block of Main Street, Antioch, had a warrant for aggravated fleeing to elude, aggravated battery, burglary to vehicle, theft, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 1000 block of Main Street, Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Trevor A. Rowe, 47, of the 200 block of 1/2 Street, Marengo, had a warrant out of McHenry County for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in McHenry was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

Dalton J. Fischer, 32, of the 39200 block of N. Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful restraint, domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 39200 block of N. Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 4.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Julian W. Buford, 42, of the 1800 block of Country Street, Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, obstructing identification, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 28.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Aspen J. Beadle, 25, of the 22300 block of W. Terry Drive N., unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Jan. 6 at Genoa Avenue and Prairie View Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Beadle was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 25.
• Rashawn D. Marsh, 46, of the 900 block of Sheridan Road, Winthrop Harbor, had a warrant for DUI, and was arrested Jan. 10 at N. Lewis and Hyde Park avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 30.

THEFT

• Evan D. Powell, 34, of the 2400 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Jan. 7 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 11.
• Kymeisha S. Perot, 30, of the 3900 block of S. Lake Park Avenue, Chicago, is accused of theft, resisting arrest, and was arrested Jan. 8 in the 26300 block of N. Diamond Lake Road, unincorporated Mundelein. Perot was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.

BATTERY

Domonique C. Ford, 22, of the 2700 block of W. Glen Flora Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Routes 21 and 60, Vernon Hills. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 29.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Julian Diaz, 21, of the 200 block of Walker Place, Mundelein, is accused of reckless driving, suspended registration, aggravated speeding, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Route 45 and Hawthorn Drive, Mundelein. He was released following his arrest.

POSSESSING A FRAUDULENT ID CARD

Brian C. Jewell, 39, of the 40100 block of N. Lakeview Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for possessing a fraudulent ID card, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 11 in the 40100 block of N. Lakeview Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 26.
