Hobby Lobby Hopes to Open at Deerbrook Mall

Hobby Lobby is planning to open a 51,000-square foot store in the former Best Buy space at Deerbrook Mall, according to an article in the Deerfield Review.

The store will present plans to the Deerfield Plan Commission on Monday, the article says.

Deerbrook has been plagued with uncertainty and large vacancies in recent years, including the departure of Best Buy and Wonder! And TJ Maxx is in the process of leaving its space and reopening at Northbrook’s Village Square Shopping Center instead.
