Lake Forest Grad Pleads Guilty to Stealing $2.1 Million from Tiffany & Co.

A woman with ties to Lake Forest plead guilty Friday to stealing $2.1 million worth of jewelry from her former employer, Tiffany & Co., reported Forbes.
Ingrid Lederhaas-Okun, 46, of Darien, Conn., graduated from Lake Forest High School in 1985, according to E News Daily.

While working as vice president of product development at Tiffany & Co., Lederhaas-Okun checked out more than 165 pieces of jewelry, supposedly for the purpose of making a presentation, then sold it to another company, reported the Darien Patch.
