Letter to the Editor: Lidawer for 113 Board

To the Editor: 

We enthusiastically support the re-election of Annette Lidawer to the District 113 School Board. 

Annette is an attorney and experienced educational lobbyist, and has been a leader in fighting impending cutbacks in federal and state funding that could seriously impact our District. 

As Annette demonstrated during her first term on the 113 Board, she is exceptionally intelligent, fiscally responsible, energetic, dedicated to the community, open to input and passionate about education. 

She also understands the nuances of budgets, pensions, financing, contracts with vendors, curriculum, teacher review, technology, safety and, of course, our facilities. 

The District 113 Board needs the expertise of Annette Lidawer, who is the only incumbent seeking re-election.  We hope you join us in supporting her.
