A woman crossing Lake Cook Road by Deerbrook Mall was not pleased with the maneuvers imposed by the construction zone.
"This is stupid," she said pointing to the traffic after she finished crossing the road.
It took seven minutes to get from Deerlake Road to Lake Cook. It is half a mile.
