Village Lifts Complete Water Ban

Even/odd lawn sprinkling ban reinstated due to improved weather conditions.

A total lawn watering ban throughout Deerfield has been lifted returning the community to its odd-even restrictions from May 15 through Sept. 15, according to a notice on the Village’s website.

The ban was imposed July 5 when Deerfield’s water supplier, the City of Highland Park, found it necessary to restrict usage to all communities it supplies which includes Deerfield, Highland Park, Bannockburn, Lincolnshire, the Glenbrook Sanitary District and Fort Sheridan.
