Chicago Man Nabbed For Child Pornography, Sexual Abuse Of A Child: Des Plaines PD
The Chicago resident was charged with five felonies following his arrest Tuesday.
DES PLAINES, IL — A Chicago man has been charged with multiple felonies for child pornography, and other crimes. Johnny Martinez, 33, of the 4100 block of N. Drake Avenue, Chicago, is accused of four counts of child pornography, aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 16, indecent solicitation of a child.
Martinez was arrested by Des Plaines police at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday, at Interstate 90 and Division Street in Chicago. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office approved the charges.
