Des Plaines Houses Vandalized

A resident said it was the first time the area experienced gang graffiti, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported.

A number of houses were vandalized with graffiti in a Des Plaines neighborhood sometime between Saturday and Sunday, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported.
